- Billing information processed by Stripe — we never see card numbers.
- Operational metadata about how you use the product (audit logs).
- Content you and your team upload into your workspaces.

- To provide the Beamly platform under our terms of service.
- To bill you, prevent fraud, and meet our tax and legal obligations.
- To keep the platform secure and reliable.
- To support you when you ask for help.
Where data lives
Customer data sits in our Sydney region on infrastructure we operate. We do not move customer data offshore without your written agreement.
Your rights
