Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Beamly platform. By signing up, you accept them on behalf of your agency.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for what your team does inside Beamly. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract.

Plans, billing, and trials

• Plans are billed monthly in advance, in Australian dollars.
• Trials last 30 days. No card is required to start.
• You can cancel any time. We don't refund partial months.
• We charge GST where required by Australian law.

Acceptable use

Don't use Beamly to break the law, send spam, store illegal content, attack our systems, or impersonate someone you're not. We can suspend accounts that do.

Your content

You and your clients own the content you put into Beamly. You grant us the minimum licence we need to host, back up, and display it inside the platform.

Service & uptime

We aim for 99.9% monthly uptime on production tenants. Maintenance windows are announced in advance.

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia. For EU customers contracting with Kinnex Portugal Unipessoal Lda, Portuguese law applies.
